Jeff brings decades of responsibility across consequential mission environments and business ownership—including 21 years in the U.S. Navy, 16 years leading a major Department of the Navy program at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, and more recently building and operating his own business. His experience spans executive leadership, entrepreneurship, ministry, and family life.
His perspective has been shaped through meaningful accomplishment, mistakes with real consequences, and the responsibility to learn from both. The work does not present perfection. It presents tested judgment, responsibility, restraint, courage, stewardship, and formation under consequence.
